My approach to coaching begins with understanding the unique needs of your organization and your cultivated or organic approach to leadership. Building on your strengths, I help you identify where you want to go. From there, we look at obstacles in your way and I support you in growing the skills and understanding necessary to increase your capacity to be an effective leader. Common obstacles, which coaching can address include:

  • Overwhelm paralysis/fatigue
  • Limiting beliefs
  • Supervision/management difficulties
  • Impostor syndrome
  • Communication/collaboration issues with colleagues
  • Productivity difficulties

Coaching is a collaborative process, the foundation of which is openness, trust and clear goals. Oftentimes, it is beneficial to explore both coaching and consulting concurrently, the former addressing your unique challenges and strengths and the latter addressing very tangible solutions to current problems.
